Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement and installation of five (5) sanitary manholes at various locations throughout the City of Sidney. The Contractor shall furnish a surety bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the faithful performance of this contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with this contract. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bond in the sum of at least ten percent (10%) of the Bid to the satisfaction of the City Manager or by a certified check made payable to the City of Sidney in the sum of at least ten percent (10%) of the Bid on a solvent bank, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within seven (7) working days after written notification of acceptance has been given. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the Bid Express website no later than 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, December 4, 2023. Questions submitted outside of Bid Express will not be answered.
