Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For 43rd and California Partial Sewer Force Main Replacement. The proposed work includes abandon and replace the existing 14 sewer force main along the Duncan Canal (38th Street Vintage Drive) with a 16HDPE DR-11 and 16 PVC C-905 DR25 through means of open cut and horizontal directional drilling. Sidewalk replacement will be required in areas specified in the plans. Bidder must submit a bid security in the form of bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the contract price in favor of the City of Kenner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bids and obligations arising from the performance of the contract. Completion of the Work is required within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
