Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Removal of certain existing exterior window and door assemblies in their entirety, and removal of portions of certain window assemblies. Off-site legal disposal of all removed materials. Provision of new aluminum window and door assemblies, including aluminum storefront systems, custom aluminum window assemblies, FRP door assemblies, as well as hardware, and glazing. Provision of new steel lintels. A bid bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid cost is required and must accompany each proposal. The successful bidder must file a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials Bond and a Certificate of Insurance with The successful bidder must file a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials Bond and a Certificate of Insurance with the Purchasing Agent within ten (10) days of notice of bid award.
