Renovation of a retail development in Arlington, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
ESB Arlington Shop Unit Heater. No pre bid conference. Provide (1) new propane fired radiant heater at ODOT Arlington Maintenance Shop, 1520 Hwy 19 Arlington OR 97812. Provide all work and components for a fully operational unit heater including but not limited to; 30' of 1/2 inch black iron gas piping, connection to existing 3/4 inch propane line, new exhaust ventilation utilizing existing vent penetration, flexible connection to heater with valve assembly, provide 120 volt outlet to heater location including surface mounted EMT conduit path and all circuitry, mechanical and electrical permits, demo and removal of existing oil heater. Liquidated Damages. Failure to achieve Substantial Completion by the time specified above for Substantial Completion will result in damage to OWNER. Since actual damage will be difficult to determine, it is agreed that CONTRACTOR shall pay to OWNER, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages, $50.00 per calendar day for each day elapsed in excess of the Substantial Completion date specified in Section 3 of this Agreement until Substantial Completion is achieved.
