The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure the services of an experienced winter services contractor by the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS), to supply labour, material and equipment required to provide efficient and consistent snow clearing / ice removal services at our identified facilities in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications stated herein. The DRPS may or may not enter into an agreement as a result of the issuance of this RFP. The RFP will be evaluated according to the following: compliance with all specifications and instructions contained in the RFP, Company Background, References, Pricing/Cost, Training/Education, Proposal Quality and Presentation (if held). This contract will cover requirements for the upcoming winter season. The official contract start date will be January 1st, 2024 and contract end date April 15th, 2024.
