Annual contract for Plumbing Services. This Bid request includes transport, vehicle expenses, tools, labour, and equipment necessary to perform general plumbing work, located in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell. In case of an emergency, response time shall be within one (1) hour after receiving call. Failure to do so, Owner reserves the right to communicate with another contractor. If contractor fails to answer an emergency call within the time limit at three (3) different occasions during this contract, contract will be automatically null and void. No travel time will be paid for local calls. Local calls meaning; Hawkesbury, Vankleek Hill and LOrignal. All services shall be completed promptly. Certified Plumber must be on site at all jobs. Plumber must have all equipment stated in unit price, in house, in order to have contract awarded. Contractor shall use adjustable p-traps with clean out for all sinks. Contractor shall use Contrac 2-pieces toilet, model to be specified by Owner. Contractor shall be available to go on site for calls during a pandemic or other crisis. The contractor shall have adequate procedures in place and appropriate PPE. Minimum hours shall not be accepted for any service call. Question Deadline: Tue Jan 16, 2024 12:00:00 PM (EST)
