Successful Bidding Bidder Awarded This Contract Shall Provide a Performance Surety in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount Equal Opportunity Employer the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority Fully Complies With the Provisions of This Act. All Qualified Bidders Are Invited to Submit a Proposal. North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority Board Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions Thereof Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Authority.
