The intent of the Invitation to Bid (Tender) is to solicit Bids for the supply of a mobile dance floor and related storage carts for use in the ballrooms in the expanded BMO Centre. All items are to be commercial grade and suitable for high use in a convention venue. The full scope generally includes the following items which are detailed further in Appendix A - Bid Form and Appendix C - Basis of Design Specifications. Equivalent products to those specified in Appendix A/C may be included in bid submissions as outlined in Section 2.1.1. - All components required for a complete 60'x60' mobile dance floor - Storage carts Successful Bidder(s) will be required to submit detailed product data for review and approval. Product finish sample requirements are identified in Appendix A and must be provided per the schedule indicated in section 1.3. All samples as requested must be provided. Demonstrations may be required for some items as required for proposed Equivalent Product prior to award.
