Renovation of a municipal facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of the electrical sub-station, addition of an outdoor CSI, resumption of the bed from the CSI to the electrical sub-station. Replacement of 3 shielded busbar networks on the floors of both buildings. Architectural work to enlarge the electrical substation room, and minor modifications to the ground floor. Minor work on floors for electrical service rooms. Mechanical work for the electrical substation room and small rooms on the ground floor. Exterior civil work for excavations and repairs to the Normand courtyard. Structural work for slab reinforcement and others. Work on asbestos and lead conditions.
