Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking proposals for the professional commercial janitorial service contract in Anchorage, Alaska as detailed herein. The effective date of this contract is anticipated to be April 1, 2024. AHFC will not be subject to payment for costs incurred for bid preparation or contract preparation as a result of valid and legal termination of this ITB or termination of any contract resulting from the award of the ITB. AHFC reserves the right to waive any and all informalities as may serve its best interests. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Public Works Project: This project is a Public Works projects as defined by Alaska Statute 36.95.010. Public Works Projects must conform to all applicable Federal, State and local laws, ordinances and codes.
