Site work and paving for a road / highway in Perry, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Perry is accepting sealed bids for BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB DRIVEWAY PAVEMENT. See attached description: The driveway located at 202 East Julia Street (beside the duck pond). Will need: o the drive way is 73 ft long and 12 foot wide. There driveway will flare out 14 foot (total) at road back 10 feet. The driveway will start at Julia Street and go into the current handicap parking spaces. The driveway flare out will be adjacent to Julia Street. o Total for labor and material to install 1100 square foot of driveway 6 inches thick-3000psi concrete driveway as specified. THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS. THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT; TO SELECT THE BIDDER WAIVER, ANY INFORMALITIES, OR TO ACCEPT THE BID DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. ANY ERRORS IN BID SUBMISSIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER; THE CITY IS NOT REQUIRED TO FIND ANY ERRORS IN BID SUBMISSIONS. BIDDERS MUST ALSO MAKE SURE THEIR SUMMARY PAGE IS FILLED OUT AND SUBMITED WITH BID OR BID WILL BE VOID. Results to Council regular meeting December 12, 2023. The City reserves the right to alter scheduled dates and times. The winner of the bid and at the time of contract award will need to sign a Non-Collusion Affidavit, proof of compliance F.S. 287.017, a Drug Free Workplace plan, and an E-verify Affidavit.
