As of February 23, 2024. This project has been awarded The Project consists of Milling and HMA resurface work, full depth patching, and culvert pipe replacement, and other appurtenant work for three streets wholly within the Town of Hamilton. Construction to be completed in 2024. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. General Specifications, description, and conditions upon which the bid proposal is to be based are on file for examination at the office of the Engineer, Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. 229 W. Berry Street, Suite 100, Fort Wayne, IN 46802, or at the Hamilton Town Hall 900 S. Wayne Street, Hamilton, IN 46742. A certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of a successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. Bidding documents will be available. Electronic contract documents can be obtained from the Abonmarche .There is no fee for registration on the plan holders list and electronic bidding documents. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in bidding, or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
