Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Laurel, Montana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 85,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

Phased construction began March 2024, with entire project completion slated for August 2025. All subcontractor trades have been closed. Planned work generally includes the construction of approximately 68,000 square feet at the new Mogan Elementary, 17,500 square feet addition to the existing West Elementary School, along with additional remodel area on West Elementary. Payment and performance bonds may be required at the discretion of the Construction Manager and Owner. The amendment would include construction services through completion of the Project. Alternatively, Langlas may, at its sole discretion, choose not to continue the Contract beyond the completion of preconstruction activities and solicit bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Project, in accordance with provisions set forth in the complete Bid Package document. This Bid/RFP shall not commit Langlas to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services. West Elementary School has 30,000 sf of additions and a partial remodel of the existing that will be located in Laurel at 502 8th Ave. This building additions will be a 2-story steel and concrete structure as a classroom addition and a masonry and steel structure for a gym addition. Mogan Elementary will be a 66,600 sf new ground up elementary school. The new school with a 3-story steel and concrete structure. These projects will start in early spring of 2024 and be completed August of 2025. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 11-30-2023.
