The New Brunswick Community College (hereinafter referred to as NBCC or the College) Procure-to-Pay (hereinafter referred to as P2P) Department will coordinate the Tender request process for Hot Water Tank Replacement - Building A - Project #SJ-24-02 on behalf of the New Brunswick Community College - Saint John Campus. The New Brunswick Community College is seeking proposals for the removal of an existing Boiler plant Hot Water Tank and the installation of new replacement hot water tanks at our Grandview Ave campus in Saint John, NB. The work includes the supply and installation of renovation works including mechanical, and electrical improvements, as per contract documents. The successful Proponent agrees to and shall complete the following described materials and work as detailed within this document and shown on the accompanying drawings specified as per the Drawings and Specifications (APPENDIX E). Question Deadline 12/06/2023 Enquiries must be received no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the closing date and time. Questions or enquiries received after that time may not receive a response. Prior to submitting a bid for this contract, there will be an opportunity for Proponents to attend an optional site visit to familiarize themselves as to the nature of the work and its workload.
