Region for the Winter Road Maintenance Snow Removal, Hauling and Disposal in the Regional Municipality of York All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $40,000 for Part A, $75,000 for Part B, $20,000 for Part C and $5,000 for Part D in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid.
