Site work for a water / sewer project in Duluth, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Duluth is interested in retaining one or more consultants to provide engineering services for design services for the replacement of lead services on both public and private property. The City of Duluth is pursuing funding from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Public Facilities Authority (PFA) for the replacement of lead services within the City. This funding has been approved at both the State and Federal levels for municipalities to use on both public and private water services. The City is confident they will be awarded both loan and grant dollars for this project. Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by e-mail to the Purchasing Office at purchasing@duluthmn.gov. Answers to the questions will be posted as an Addendum to the RFP.
