Future upgrades to heritage buildings. TIMELINE: A Request For Qualification closed late 2023. As of April 2024, the Prequalified architects have been approved by the City Bid Award Panel. The City of Toronto, Museums and Heritage Services has established the Roster List of Heritage Architects to provide the City, on an as required basis, professional architectural heritage services for a period of one year from date of award, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The option to renew for the two (2) additional one (1) year periods will be based on the review of the Roster Vendor(s)s performance level over the prior year and the availability of funds in the Citys capital budget for the renewal term. The City will be under no obligation to exercise any renewal option. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
