The work associated with the construction of the new infrastructure includes the carrying out of all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, tools, selected materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project. The project generally consists of installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 24-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer from Stadium Drive to Woodward Avenue through the FSU Intramural Field. The City of Tallahassee will provide the sanitary sewer pipe for this project but the contractor is responsible for installation and providing other associated materials including but not limited to precast concrete manholes per the contract documents. Restoration of the intramural field irrigation and sod are time sensitive.
