The focus of this inspection was the readily-accessible suspect asbestos-containing materials located within the two-story, vacant, condemned former residential structure, located at 972 Van Meter Way, West Liberty, West Virginia 26074, hereinafter referred to as the subject site. BEC advises that the subject site is currently in a dilapidated state and as such BEC was unable to adequately access all areas due to safety concerns. BEC received authorization from Ms. Leah Mistick, to provide industrial hygiene services to determine the presence of asbestos-containing materials within the interior and exterior of the subject site, which is scheduled to undergo demolition.
