Site work for a mixed-use development in Enderby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
This RFP is to select a qualified Construction Management (CM) firm with the expertise to provide site management, advice, administrative and technical services through all design phases and to be responsible for all construction work to deliver this project within an estimated budget forecast of $5,700,000.00 plus GST. Only Proposals from CM's that include key staff with previous outdoor pool experience of projects of similar size and scope will be considered. The proposed site is located NNE of the existing Enderby Lions Pool, in the NE quadrant of King Avenue and Vernon Street in Enderby, BC. The existing Enderby Lions Pool will remain operational until the new pool is commissioned. The new outdoor pool will include: 25m x 5-Lane Pool with maximum depth of 2.5m with beach entry and gutter return system Leisure Area and Lazy River Hot Tub Enclosed Pool Deck Area with Associated Play Features and Sprays Change House / Administration Building = approximately 4,200 sqft Documents can be obtained from https://pryceadvisory.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/73565
