Site work for an educational facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of the project covers a signage package for Amarillo College East Campus. A cashier's check, or acceptable bidder's bond, payable to the Amarillo Junior College District, in the amount of 5% of the total for the proposal submitted must accompany each proposal, as a guarantee that, if awarded a contract, the Proposer will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or reject any or all proposals. By submitting a proposal, the proposer agrees to waive any claim against Amarillo Junior College District, the Architect/Engineer and their respective employees, arising out of or made in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any proposal. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt unless returned sooner.
