The Bastrop Independent School District (District) invites reliable, high-performance vendors to submit proposals for the above Solicitation, including but not limited to supplies, equipment, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance of electrical systems and devices to ensure safe and efficient operation. The intent of this solicitation process is to establish a preferred list of suppliers and contractors used by Bastrop Independent School District. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposals are received, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District. Vendors must return the completed proposal in order to be eligible for participation in the award of this new contract. No response will remove you from the district's vendor list. This is a negotiated procurement, and as such, the District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award. Inquiries and requests for information affecting the proposal must be in writing and shall be directed to Vanessa Spurlock, Purchasing Coordinator, at bids@bisdtx.org. To provide BISD sufficient time to adequately prepare responses to vendor inquiries, all questions must be submitted at least five (5) working days prior to the bid closing date.
