Renovation of a mixed-use development in Decatur, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
**As of February 28, 2024 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** DeKalb County Government seeks the experience of a certified General Contractor and/or sub who must have completed at least five (5) public-use pools with individual water surface areas in excess of 8000 square feet and a depth of 11-6 or more within the past 10 years and provide a valid pool certification number with DeKalb County Board of Health. It is a mandatory requirement that the General Contractor and/or their sub contractor will have achieved such experience as a prerequisite for bidding this project. Questions must be submitted to the Department of Purchasing and Contracting in writing via email to Jennifer Schofield, jjschofield@dekalbcountyga.gov.
