Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Construction of a new preliminary treatment building including all electrical, mechanical, and process equipment. 2. Two new vortex grit chambers and associated equipment for grit pumping and grit dewatering. 3. Site grading and paving. 4. Re-route and add a new 36" influent forcemain to new structure and route new 42" effluent pipe from the new grit channel to the existing per-aeration basin. 5. Line tapping the 36" PCCP pipe to install a new influent line. Line stop shall contain a bypass to the pre-aeration basin. 6. Electrical upgrades and SCADA improvements. 7. Demolition of existing grit building and associated equipment. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
