As per the site No Award to the project Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/3/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for a Contractor to provide and install new spray foam insulation at existing siding/metal soffit intersection per attached plans and specifications. Fill each cavity as noted in plan for the exterior of the District 5 Office located at 205 E. 227th Street, Fairfield, IA 52556. Please see RFB FY2024 #195 Scope & Specifications Packet under Attachments tab. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the ION Wave Bid system on or before the cut off date and time as indicated in the solicitation. Start date - After award has been determined. Anticipated Final Acceptance: 30 days after notice to proceed End date- 1/19/2024 Contractor is required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the removal and replacement of material as per plans/specifications outlined on the Line Item tab. This includes the disposal of all debris off site. Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. This is a tax exempt project.
