(MAI) invites offers from qualified Vendors for the HVAC Systems Upgrades - Terminal Building in Argentia, NL. The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Argentia, NL. The Work generally includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, the following: Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Pre-Inspection site survey of all components of the work and report to Owner's Representative any and all discrepancies prior to commencing work. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing Air Handling Unit (AHU-1), Return Fan (RF-1), HVAC Controls System, and associated ductwork, wiring and accessories as required. Supply and install of new Air Handling Unit (AHU-1), Return Fan (RF-1), Condensing Unit (CDU-1), HVAC Controls System, new ductwork, wiring, refrigerant piping and accessories as required to provide a fully functional system. Cleaning and air-balancing of all ductwork associated with AHU-1 and RF-1. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
