Estimated Expenditure: $85,000 Offerors requiring additional information may email or fax their questions so that they will be received at least five (5) working days prior to proposal opening to: Email shay.meadows@shreveportla.gov or fax Shay Meadows at 318-673-5408. Answers to questions received that should change and/or clarify this solicitation will be provided in writing to all Offerors via an amendment. The initial term of the contract shall be for the period of one year, from January to December, unless terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions of the contract. The contract may be extended for additional one-year periods up to a total of four additional years, with the mutual consent of the City and Contractor.
