The consultant is responsible for performing all necessary work for the development of construction documents of street and landscaping improvements on Cooper Avenue between 7th and 8th. The goal of this contract will be to design and develop bid documents for the rebuild of Cooper Avenue between 7th and 8th. The rebuild will be in conformance with the Cooper Avenue Concept Design, the detail of which is included with this RFP. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - License Required The City reserves the right to reject the Proposal of any firm that does not pass any such evaluation to the City's satisfaction.
