The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final proposal documents obtained from other sources. The Scope of Work in this section is not comprehensive. Rather, it represents what the District anticipates will be needed to design this project. Prospective consultants may recommend improvements to the scope in the project approach section of their SOQ. The selected consultant will prepare a comprehensive scope that will be negotiated with the District. The District expects the selected consultant will provide guiding recommendations that benefit the District, the project, and the consultant through the scoping phase and into all other phases. The District reserves the right to perform all or some of the services described in this document with its own staff.
