Demo,disposal and replacement of an existing cooler and freezer at Springfield Middle School. The Fort Mill School District (FMSD) is accepting Bids for Single Prime Contractor services to provide comprehensive services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined within the Construction Documents. The Contractor's scope of work shall include the demo, disposal, and replacement of an existing cooler / freezer at Springfield Middle School. New construction of a 1,040sf masonry enclosure and roofing system to encapsulate the new cooler / freezer assembly.
