The project will be funded via an Asset Inventory and Assessment Grant from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)and the State Reserve Program (SRP) through NC Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The grant requires milestone dates that must be adhered to with the first being February-April 2024 for commencement and completion of initial line surveys. Questions must be received by 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. If questions are received, the City will respond no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday, December 8, 2023. Project to be complete within 24 months of offer of grant by DEQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. In order that the selection process is as objective as possible, do not contact any other member of the City of Havelock Staff or officials.
