The WORK consists of the following: The construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant- Phase I including but not limited to site work (vegetation stripping, yard piping, grading & drainage, & all-weather access road), new concrete structures (treatment basin, disinfection basin, & cloth filter basin), sodium hypochlorite disinfection system and fiberglass building with foundation. electrical system and instrumentation, auto dialer, a manual power transfer switch. The facility will be encompassed by an 8-foot tall security fence. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, installing, and constructing all materials per plans and specifications to provide a fully functional and operational wastewater treatment plant. Fort Bend County Municipal Utlity District No. 239 ("Owner") is requesng compeve sealed proposals for a constructed "lease" project that includes the materials, construcon, and installaon of the first phase of one (1) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) capable of treang 0.3 million gallons per day (MGD) to be located in Fort Bend County, Texas at the locaon provided by the Owner. The proposed WWTP site is located approximately 1.0 miles northeast of the intersecon of Boothline Road and Psencik Road, on the south side of Boothline Road, as shown on the Construcon Drawings.
