Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Prequalified contractors are invited to bid on this project. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain bids for construction services for all components necessary to provide playground equipment installation and park improvements at various City parks. Work will include improvements to site grading and drainage, engineered wood fibre safety surfacing, asphalt paving, concrete paving, sod, sand playpits, swing hardware, site furniture, park shelter, play equipment and outdoor fitness equipment. The City has already chosen, through a competitive process, the playground and fitness equipment suppliers for the eight (8) parks. The Contractor will contract directly with the equipment suppliers to supply and install the selected play systems at each park. The Contractor will pay for the supply and installation of the play systems by means of a cash allowance. Documents can be obtained at: https://mississauga.bidsandtenders.ca
