The County is soliciting bids for the purchase, installation, and testing of four Highland Tank 20,000-gallon Fireguard double wall above ground storage tanks (AST's), piping, including all underground piping and piping sumps, including new dispenser sumps. Replace two existing backup dispensers. Adapt existing monitoring devices at the St. Lucie County Service Garage in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Bid Bond 5% The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
