A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Fitch Mountain Public Access Improvements - Revegetation The City of Healdsburg is seeking formal bids for the Fitch Mountain Public Access Improvements - Revegetation project as detailed in the plans and specifications of the attached Draft Contract (Attachment 4). The time for completion of the contract resulting from this solicitation shall be 60 calendar days. Question Deadline 11/28/2023 Council Award No award shall be made prior to City Council approval. The City reserves the right to change the IFB schedule or issue addenda to the solicitation at any time. The City also reserves the right to cancel or reissue the solicitation. All such addenda shall be documented in writing and will become part of the solicitation. Bonds In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 20170, all bids must be presented under sealed cover and include one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, cashier's check made payable to the City, certified check made payable to the City, or a bidder's bond. The amount of bidder's security provided must equal at least ten (10) percent of the total of the bid price for the base bid and the additive or deductive items listed in this notice.
