Renovation of a municipal facility in Batesville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project shall consist of cleaning interior and exterior of windows and metal frames of the Independence County Courthouse along with repairing and repainting interior and exterior window frames. Contractor shall provide and install storm windows on interior of courthouse. The Contractor shall provide and maintain barriers, barricades, cones, etc. to control pedestrian and vehicular traffic around the courthouse and courthouse entrances. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a clean work site and shall provide temporary sanitary facilities for the workmen. There is no on site storage area available. Contractor shall bring to the site each day sufficient windows for one and one-half shifts. These are to be stored in a trailer with adequate protection of the windows. All rooms are occupied. Contractor to be responsible for moving cabinets, desks, etc. to access windows and returning same to original position. The Base Bid shall include all sides of the courthouse. Repairing & Painting Existing Window Frames and Installation of Storm Windows in the Independence County Courthouse The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
