Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to: provide the DSH with on-call plumbing repairs on an as-needed and/or after-hours basis. DSH Metropolitan as of September 1, 2020 consist of two (2) site locations: (1) 11401 S. Bloomfield Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650 & (2) 13200 Bloomfield Avenue. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be December 8, 2023 through June 30, 2026. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS). Should the Contractor fail to commence work at the agreed upon time, the DSH reserves the right to terminate the agreement upon five (5) days written notice to the Contractor. Bidder must provide a copy of current Contractors State License, C-36 Plumbing Contractor, issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board.
