Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crooksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Security Entrance Improvements. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. This project is not subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements in this bid packet, including the use of domestic steel. This project is tax exempt and one building project is not subject to prevailing wage rates. The Architect s estimate is $270,000.00. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
