Seeking Janitorial Service for the Sangamon County Court House, Sangamon County Detention Facility and Sheriff's Office, Sangamon South Building, Public Health Building, Juvenile Detention Center, Child Advocacy Building, 911 Building and County Highways Building. This Request for Proposal outlines the terms of service, scope of services, a description of the project, the selection process and the proposal format. There is no express nor implied obligation for Sangamon County to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. Sangamon County (hereinafter referred to as County) is seeking proposals from interested companies (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) capable of providing janitorial service. The selection process will involve each Bidder responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The County intends to award a contract to one firm to provide the services and/or equipment under the terms and conditions considered most favorable among those submittals offered. All interested firms may respond to the RFP. Any communications, such as matters of clarification, must be made in writing to the Facilities Director listed below. All inquiries must be received in writing on or before six (6) working days prior to the submittal deadlines, and a response, if deemed appropriate to the process, will be answered By December, 14, 2023, and forwarded on to all potential bidders of record.
