Demolition and site work for a residential development in Miami, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition and Disposal of the Building Demolition shall be in accordance with the specifications now on file in the office of the Miami County Plan Commission. pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-9-11 that the Miami County Plan Commission is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors for the demolition and disposal of the building located at 10483 S Poplar St., Miami, IN 46959, Parcel Number 52-14-17-201-046.000-005. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of at least Five Percent (5.00%) of the bid and a certificate of insurance must be filed with each bid in order for the bid to be considered. No bid will be considered unless the bidder islicensed and qualified pursuant to Indiana law and/or registered with the Miami County Plan Commission pursuant to Miami CountyOrdinance. All bids are to be "not to exceed" bids. Bids may be on State Form 52414 as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts and shall contain such statements as are required by law. Any questions relating to the project may be addressed to Corey Roser, Plan Commission Administrator at, croser@miamicountyin.gov or 765-472-3901 ext. 1291. The Miami County Plan Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and portions thereof, to waive minor technicalities and informalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest, subject to the requirements of any applicable laws of procurement.
