Renovation of a municipal facility in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Units shall be minimum 16 SEER (Climate Master, Trane or Carrier) Connect to existing duct, electrical, and water systems with minor modifications Install new hose kits, circuit setters, and shutoff valves for each unit Install programmable thermostats with remote internet access- Honeywell Pro 8000 with Redlink, or equal Perform factory start up, controls setup, and owner training Remove and dispose of all existing equipment 1 year part and labour warranty (additional parts warranty on compressors) Replace heat pump loop boilers with new unit of same capacity (Lochinvar or Raypak) Connect and program to loop control Connect and program to loop control Dispose of existing boiler Clean water source loop with biodegradable chemicals. Vendor shall possess all the necessary insurances and licenses required to perform this type and size of project,Vendor shall possess all the necessary insurances and licenses required to perform this type and size of project The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed favourable to the interest of the City of Gatlinburg
