Project is awarded to Purity Service Group in the amount of $20,897.65** Window Cleaning Exterior Only General Mitchell International Airport project has been cancelled SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Effective upon execution of this Service Agreement, Contractor shall provide glass and related surface cleaning including window, glass door, aluminum frames, sash and other trim for the Combined Maintenance Facility at 5800 South Howell Avenue, the Terminal Building including the Airport Administration Building, Parking structure stairwells, north and south sky walks, and Boiler House at 5300 South Howell Avenue, according to the schedule provided as part of this Document as Exhibit C. Surfaces to be cleaned will not include interior surfaces in leased spaces. Window Cleaning EXTERIOR ONLY General Mitchell International Airport. Insurance policies shall be purchased and maintained in companies approved to do business in the State of Wisconsin. General Liability coverage shall apply to direct operations, and sublet work, as appropriate to work of Contract. Milwaukee County shall be named as additional insured, as its interests may appear. List Milwaukee County on Certificate of Insurance as Additional Insureds in the General liability and Automobile liability policy by endorsement. A waiver of subrogation for Workers Compensation in favor of Milwaukee County will be provided by endorsement by the Contractor's insurer. Contractor shall, at Contractor's own expense, provide insurance coverage for owned or rented machinery, tools or equipment. Contractor shall within ten (10) days inform Owner of claims filed pursuant to Work of Contract that may be covered under insurance or involves Owner, directly or indirectly Question Deadline 12/20/2023 at 10:30 AM CT
