Renovation of a civil project in Manhattan, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of February 1, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded a timeline for the award was not yet been established. The estimated cost of the project is $8.1-9.3M Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids will be a combination of lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Work generally consists of furnishing all labor, skill, equipment, and construction materials to complete the Manhattan Water Resource DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Work generally consists of furnishing all labor, skill, equipment, and construction materials to complete the Manhattan Water Resource Recovery Facility Improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Project includes work on the following structures: Control Building, Process Basins (2), Blower Building, Solids Pump Station, UV Building, and Sequencing & Plant Start-Up/ Turn-Over. Rehabilitation including installation of Owner procured Screw Press and Integrated Fixed-Film Activated sludge (IFAS) equipment in Control Building, Process Basins, Blower Building, and UV Building. Demolition and salvage of existing equipment. Blower building and associated improvements are a new facility. All civil, architectural, process, electrical, lighting, and mechanical work. The discharge improvements generally includes the following structures: all gravity and pressure piping downstream on the UV Building and associated fittings and valves, control structures, diversion vault; new Lift Station and all appurtenant infrastructure including, but not limited to, pumps, valves, hatches, hoists steps, transducers, fittings, concrete structures, concrete pad, controls, meters, and gauges; surface water outfall improvements including permanent erosion control structures, headwalls, site grading, gravel access road; groundwater outfall improvements including, RIB piping, valve, fittings, outfall piping, gravel access road and erosion control; and all electrical, lighting, mechanical and communications work associated with the discharge improvements. Fence removal and improvements, utility locate and protection, traffic control, clean up, excavation, grading, and removal of material for lift station and outfall structure and all associated work relating to the discharge improvements shown on the plans. not including earthwork associated with the RIBs. Surface restoration and restoration of disturbed areas (stockpile area, trench area, staging area, site disturbance) including topsoil, seeding and fertilizer. Screw Press and IFAS Equipment Procurement Documents The bid packages for Manhattan WRRF UPGRADE: FKC Co., LTD, Screw Press Equipment Supplier/Manufacturer, as "Seller" for goods and special services set forth in assigned Equipment Procurement Contract No. 1 - Screw Press Equipment. This Screw Press Procurement Document will be assigned to the Contractor upon the effective date of the Agreement. Nexom USA, Inc., IFAS Equipment Supplier/Manufacturer, as "Seller" for goods and special services set forth in assigned Equipment Procurement Contract No. 2 - IFAS Equipment. This Equipment Procurement Document will be assigned to the Contractor upon the effective date of the Agreement.
