City of Horseshoe Bay Central Water Plant Tanks Replacement. Question Deadline 12/19/2023 at 12:00 PM CT. Demolition and replacement of two 318,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tanks under the terms of this contract. All proposals shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, payable to CITY OF HORSESHOE BAY or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within fifteen (15) days after notice of award. Bids without check or bid bond will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities in bidding.
