The project limits are along the south and east side of Magnolia Drive from Pontiac Drive to Diamond Street as indicated on the plans. The scope of work to be performed under this bid will include construction of a concrete trail, with 6" thick concrete, a storm sewer collection system, water and wastewater replacement, roadway reconstruction, curb and gutter installation, landscape planting, and all associated improvements as shown on the construction plans. As part of this project the City of Tallahassee Electric Department will be converting their overhead electric lines to inground facility. The Contractor will coordinate efforts with electric contractor to facilitate installation, City Electric Utility Work Schedule is included with this package.
