In general the project consists of a 25,000 sq. ft. ground up Utility Building. Project consists of the following divisions of work: Earthwork and Utilities, Demo, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Landscaping & Seeding, Fencing, Site Cast in Place Concrete including Curb & Gutter, Building Cast in Place Concrete, Structural Precast Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Building Insulation, EPDM Membrane Roofing, Metal Composite Wall Panel, Aluminum Entrances Storefronts & Windows, Overhead Doors, Gyp Board Assemblies, Concrete Floor Finish, Cabinets & Millwork, Acoustical Panel Ceiling, Painting, Flooring, Metal Building & Structural Steel, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flag Poles, and Signage. Prevailing Wages: Not Required. Bid Bond: No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 30 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 30 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities in bid or to accept a bid which will be in the best interest of the Owner.
