The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District interest. The existing Building Management System (BMS) is a combination of Trend and American Auto Matrix (by BASS). All Trend controls shall be replaced. Trend controllers, integrators (BINC), sensors and communications wiring shall be replaced. Valve and damper actuators may be reused. All new controls shall be integrated into the existing BASS control system. B. Sequence of Operations and alarms shall match the existing as indicated on the reference documents mentioned above. C. Contractor shall be responsible for any graphics changes or upgrades necessary to the existing BMS installed and maintained by Bass. D. The contractor shall review the existing Trend controls and identify all components to be replaced. E. The contractor shall field verify the location of all Trend panels, controllers and sensors.
