Scope and Schedule of Work 1. Mow and string trim all baseball fields and soccer/football field as per schedule. 2. Maintain clay playing surfaces free of weeds and debris as per schedule. 3. Mow and string trim common grounds as per schedule. 4. Blow clippings from fields, concrete, and parking areas after each cutting. 5. Pickup loose trash on all fields and common grounds prior to all cuttings. 6. Core-aerate all fields twice a year. 7. Manage and regulate irrigation system. 8. Cut soil spoilage areas and outside of fence along all fields twice a year. 9. Top dressing of playing fields. 10. Plant rye grass in winter. The Neola Farm Sports Complex board is seeking bids for grounds keeper for the recreation park located at 61381 Hwy 51 N, Amite, LA 70422. Bids should be for a one-year contract, beginning in January 2024 and ending December 2024. The Board has the right to refuse any and all bids.
