Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and clubhouse / community center.

Project consists of: Phase 1C - work includes but is not limited to: paver removal, waterproofing removal, subsurface expansion joint removal and replacement, as well as site/walkway/plaza paving implementation with appropriate expansion & construction joints and site drainage improvements. Requests for interpretation should solely be addressed to the CMAR in writing via email to Blake Stabenow at bstabenow@zellnerconstruction.com. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to meaning of drawings and specifications. Requests for interpretation will be accepted up to 5:00 PM on July 26th, 2024. Work shall be completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. All time noted above is based upon consecutive calendar days (and the time allowed for each bid item is intended to be concurrent with the other bid items). Upon acceptance of this contract, the Trade Contractor agrees to pay the CMAR the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day for liquidated damages for every calendar day that the work remains incomplete beyond 120 days from date of Notice-to-Proceed. Additionally, the Trade Contractor agrees to pay the CMAR Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day for liquidated damages for each calendar day the punch list work and submission of all close-out documents remains incomplete beyond thirty (30) days from date of Substantial Completion.
