Job Description: The Project is Anticipated to Take Place From November 2025 Through July 2026, With a Total Estimated Value of Approximately $6.5 Million. The Project Involves a 3,800-sf Renovation of Uconn's Pharmacy Biology Building, With the Primary Scope of Work Located on the Ground Floor. The Renovation Consists of the Fit-out of an Existing Shell Adjoining an Existing Facility, for Additional Research Support Spaces. Pbb Research Support Expansion Project (University of Connecticut Project #300249) in Storrs, Ct. The Project Also Includes a Redesign of the Sewage Ejection Pump, Approximately 187-sf of Scope, Located Separately but Adjacent to the Shell Space (Southeast of Project Proper). In Addition to Being Prequalified for This Project, All Bidders Submitting a Bid of $1,000,000 or Higher Must Be Prequalified by the Das as of the Date of the Invite to Bid Due Date in the Requisite Classification and Have the Aggregate Work Capacity Rating and Single Project Limit Necessary to Complete the Work for Which the Bid is Submitted.
